Associate Human Resources Business Partner

This new role will serve as the on-site HR resource to recruit, interview, retain, engage, and inform employees at our Martin facility. This is a great step for someone with some HR experience who wants to step up into greater responsibility.Responsibilities:Serve as the on-site HR resource by answering questions about pay, benefits, policies, leaves, etc.Handle first-line employee relations concerns and partnering with site leadership to identify and address recurrent issues.Ensure payroll and paid time off accuracy for the site; partnering with site members to improve timecard reporting and preventing leaksRecruit for all Martin-based openings, sourcing and interviewing candidates to maintain a pipeline for key positionsPrioritize retention of site staff; create and execute retention programs and advocate for necessary actionsIncrease employee engagement; plan and execute engagement activities; handle facility recognition programsMonitor and address schedule adherencePartner with leadership to identify pain points, determine strategic goals and HR-related opportunities; define and execute strategies to address and resolveOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in related field preferredAt least 2 years previous HR experience requiredHands-on recruiting experience needed, preferably in manufacturing or light industrialExperience to HRIS and/or payroll system helpfulStrong written and verbal communication skillsWilling to take initiative and act with urgencyAbout Us:Archroma is a global, diversified provider of specialty chemicals serving the branded and performance textiles, packaging and paper, and coatings, adhesives and sealants markets.
