(Job Title: Customer Service Representative) (Location: Remote) (Pay: Competitive Salary) Description: Under the general supervision of a Manager. Primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service. Assist Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding: Enrollment Information Premium Payment Options Requests for Health Plan materials Health Plan Exchange Product information Maintain accurate documentation of customer contact. Communicate effectively with customers. Maintain confidentiality. Maintain good working relationship with co-workers. Standard Computer Programs Used in the Department: Epic Required Skills and Minimum Years of Experience: A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required. Strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred. Specific Licensures and Certifications/Registrations Required: None required.
