You will lead your team to achieve sales goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and streamline restaurant performance while nurturing a positive work culture. Responsibilities: Oversee staff under Company policies and applicable laws Manage recruiting, interviewing, and training of employees Motivate and inspire team members to ensure exceptional guest service Assist in maximizing sales through effective marketing initiatives Engage with guests to resolve any quality or service issues Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor operational activities to guarantee high food quality and cleanliness Control financial performance through analysis of reports and adherence to cash handling procedures Maintain food and labor costs through effective management practices Other duties as assigned What We Seek: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Dedication to providing remarkable guest experiences Proficiency with computers and basic business math Ability to lead and develop a cohesive team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a leadership role required Minimum of 2 years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred College or culinary education is a plus Physical Requirements: This role involves standing on your feet for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interacting with guests and staff throughout the restaurant.
