Schedule Store Hours: Full-Time in store position Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM ✅ Never work on Sundays **This position is for someone who is fluent in Spanish.** About the Position The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in delivering exceptional support and service to a diverse customer base across the United States. This position requires fluency in both English and a second language to effectively communicate with and assist customers from various linguistic backgrounds. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. By resolving issues promptly and accurately, the role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and retention, fostering positive relationships that support the company's reputation and growth. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement .
