Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON) / RISK MANAGER

The Palace Care Center - We prefer that ADON applicants' have the following qualififications: Previous Long Term Care Experience Working knowledge in a supervisor Capacity Strong Leadership Abilities in a healthcare setting Active RN License in NJ  The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Nursing job is to: Aide the Director of Nursing in organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of Our Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines that govern our facility,and as may be required by the Administrator and Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times The most basic responsibility is to ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best care for all residents Direct the nursing department as well as it's programs and activities as instructed
