Packaging and Assembly - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Packaging and Assembly• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr• Location: Maple Plain, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5:30AM-4PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:• A good work record with strong attention to detail.• Good mechanical aptitude (prior electronics and soldering experience is a bonus, but not required.).• Ability to work with hands and perform work with small components.• Ability to communicate in English.• Strong team player.• 40lbs lifting frequently throughout the day.• Ability to stand on feet for the majority of their day.Duties and Responsibilities:• Coordinate and package products ensuring all components are included and packaged according to work instructions.• Creating assemblies and subassemblies for electronic components and firearm accessories. • Completing repetitive work with small components and tools.• Working in a team environment.• Reading work instructions, communicating with leads and coworkers.Discover Award Staffing: At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck-it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
