Compensation Package Base Salary: $40,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Manage personal lines accounts effectively and efficiently. Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Skills: Professional demeanor and articulate communication skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Licensure/Designations: Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
