Your Key Responsibilities as a Co-Manager Include: Leading, training, and empowering team members, including Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops. Overseeing food service standards through effective employee assignment and direction. Upholding the employee handbook, policies, and best practices. Managing restaurant opening and closing operations efficiently. Adjusting staffing and inventory levels to optimize operational efficiency. Conducting regular inventory checks as necessary. Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining essential documentation. Fostering a customer service-centered atmosphere by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns. Are You Ready to Make a Difference? To become a Co-Manager at SONIC, you should meet the following qualifications: Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations. Minimum six months of experience in restaurant management (QSR) or two years in entry-level retail management. Strong communication skills coupled with basic math, reading, and computer proficiency. Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively. Commitment to SONIC's standards for professional appearance, uniform guidelines, and hygiene practices. Successful candidates will complete a background check.
