Key Responsibilities Oversee and expand a portfolio of commercial HVAC service accounts Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service needs, performance, and issue resolution Develop, price, and manage preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts Work with service operations teams for scheduling, dispatch, and resource management Create proposals, renewals, and scope recommendations tailored to client needs Monitor service performance, margins, and customer satisfaction metrics Identify upselling opportunities, including repairs, system upgrades, and replacement projects Assist service technicians with job planning and customer communication Maintain precise documentation, reporting, and CRM records Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual standards Core Skills & Experience Robust background in commercial HVAC service operations Proven track record in account management and client retention Experience in developing and managing preventive maintenance programs Contract negotiation expertise Scheduling and dispatch coordination skills Proposal development and pricing acumen Proficient in CRM and reporting Exceptional cross-functional communication abilities What We're Seeking We are looking for a relationship-driven professional with a client-first mindset.
