Job Description Job Description Focus: Residential & Commercial Projects Position Summary: This is a proactive strategic role focused on sourcing new clients for residential and commercial projects. This Specialist acts as the initial point of contact to client and develop long standing relationships. This role will work to position our company as the preferred builder, driving revenue growth in the residential and commercial construction market. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation: Networking, assisting with setting up and attending events Managing and maintaining social media accounts, Follow up on website traffic Identifying Opportunities: Qualifying leads, Building client relationships Project development: Develop concept and pricing, collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to develop working plans and project budget to present to the client Project follow-through: Customer contact throughout the project, Maintain a positive relationship with the client, Obtain final photos and positive review of the project Skills/Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills for relationship-building Industry experience Ability to navigate Excel spreadsheets and management software Understanding of residential and commercial construction processes Working with multiple projects at the same time.
