Position SummaryA valued contributor to our respectful and rewarding work culture the Security Guard is responsible for performing licensed security guarding duties to ensure the safety and security of assigned client location, its visitors, guests, residents and their property. Added bonus: Meal allowance each shift!Essential Job Responsibilities:Provides onsite watch/protection of assigned post and designated perimeterObserves, reports and supports client expectationsReports all breaches per applicable methodsUtilizes company scheduling platform for clock-ins/clock-outs of scheduled shiftEvaluates and responds to alerts in surrounding area with professionalism and according to company protocolAlerts Supervisor on Duty when situation requires escalation per company protocolAssists fellow security guards with de-escalation when applicable per company protocolFollows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reportingWorks with diligence and respect to ensure the safety and security of assigned client, visitors and propertyAdheres to all Company service and operating standardsAdditional tasks as neededMinimum Qualifications/Requirements:Valid New York State Security LicenseRetired Law Enforcement Officer status Professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality requiredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsFounded in 1985, Arrow has perfected our approach to high quality security.
