We are seeking talented professionals to support this growth and drive customer engagement and commercial excellence.Role Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and physical channels to drive brand growth, fan engagement, and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that support e-commerce sales, flagship store traffic, and overall brand growth in the U.S. market, in close collaboration with HQ and in alignment with HQ guidelines and campaign direction.Digital & CRM Marketing: Plan and manage CRM, email, and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and fan engagement.Content & Social Media Management: Oversee content planning and social media execution aligned with K-POP artists, fandom culture, and campaign calendars.Store & Event Marketing: Support flagship store openings, in-store events, and artist-related activations through localized marketing initiatives.Content, Social Media & YouTube Management: Oversee content planning and execution across social media platforms and YouTube, includingCampaign Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, traffic, and conversion metrics, and optimize marketing spend based on results.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce, Store Operations, team to ensure marketing initiatives are operationally aligned.Qualifications:· 3~5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management· Strong understanding of CRM and analytics tools· Experience in retail and e-commerce environments· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment· Deep interest and knowledge of K-POP artists, fandom culture, and trends· Experience in video content planning, production coordination, uploading, and channel operation (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, etc.) preferred· Deep interest and knowledge of K-POP artists, fandom culture, and trends· Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.· Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week (100% in-person) to ensure effective store management and team leadershipBenefits:Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision coverage)401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO) accrued based on length of service, with a maximum accrual of up to 28 days
