In 2025, Enchanté acquired NUDESTIX, a globally recognized beauty brand with a strong wholesale and retail presence. As part of this next phase of growth, we are investing in building a scalable, profitable direct-to-consumer (DTC) business across the U.S. and Canada.We are seeking a Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) to lead and scale NUDESTIX's ecommerce business and own its performance end-to-end.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOur fast-paced company is seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of DTC to manage and grow our e-commerce channel. This role owns the DTC business from strategy through execution, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and performance.Own the end-to-end DTC P&L, including revenue, contribution margin, and growth targetsDevelop and execute a scalable DTC growth strategy across U.S. and Canada marketsSet short- and long-term plans, including quarterly and annual growth roadmapsOversee customer acquisition strategy across paid media channels, ensuring decisions are grounded in unit economics and LTVPartner with creative and performance teams to optimize funnels, offers, and conversion ratesOwn the ecommerce storefront experience, including PDPs, landing pages, and checkout flowsDrive CRO initiatives to improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall site performanceLead retention and lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and repeat purchase programsBuild, manage, and develop a high-performing DTC teamManage external agencies and vendors and hold them accountable to clear KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, operations, and finance teamsPerform related duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESBeauty Industry experience is a plus Proven experience scaling a DTC business from approximately $1-5M to $10M+ in annual revenueExperience managing paid media at a strategic levelPrior experience in beauty, consumer products, or related industries is preferredStrong ecommerce and DTC business acumenProven ability to own and manage a P&LStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilityAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE7-10+ year(s) of related experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer role
