Job Description:
UHNW principal seeks Executive Lifestyle / Personal Assistant for personal assistance for him and his wife, select executive assistance (25%) for himself and luxury lifestyle management. There is a considerable concierge element: requirements include familiarity with high-touch environments and the ability to secure exclusive experiences commensurate with their needs for of-the-moment, luxury activities. Candidates should be able to leverage and develop a strong local network in NYC's hospitality and cultural scene while identifying edited choices, anticipating needs, and ensuring that the principals' lives run very smoothly.Work is in-person support from the Flatiron office 3-4 days per week, remote other weekdays, with full flexibility evenings and weekends.Requirements· 5+ years of experience supporting UHNW individuals in a private office, family office, or Executive/Personal Assistant capacity· BA/BS from US college or equivalent· MS Office, Google Workplace· Familiarity with top-tier restaurants, private clubs, members-only venues, and culturally relevant social scenes· Ability to secure hard-to-access reservations, VIP experiences, and exclusive access· Strong travel planning capabilities, including designing trips, booking travel, creating itineraries, as well as experience with multiphase international travel and private aviation· Facility communicating with teams and stakeholders· Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail· Practiced discretion, professionalism, and judgmentResponsibilities· Provide 24/7 white-glove lifestyle and concierge support to two principals· Manage calendar in conjunction with business schedule· Support meeting organizing· Plan travel including complex international, private aviation, sourcing possibilities, detailed, comprehensive itineraries and solving problems in real time· Coordinate high-profile and large-scale experiential travel and events (e.g. festival environments, international gatherings, and multi-day curated experiences) with a VIP lens· Secure priority access to exclusive restaurants, private clubs, nightlife venues, and high-demand reservations· Curate VIP experiences, private events, entertainment, and culturally relevant social engagements· Track personal expenses· Anticipate needs proactively and resolve issues quickly· Maintain professionalism, even demeanor, confidentiality and best practicesM-F 8:30am-5pm$130K-$180K/yr + discretionary bonus Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, commuter benefits
