Responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Update the employee handbook· Assist with the automation of internal systems· Conduct new hire onboarding and exit interview procedures· Coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization's, training, organizational development, and employee relations programs· Oversee payroll processing across different states· Responsible for leading the benefits administration· Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers, sick leave, etc.Requirements:· 7+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience, both strategic and tactical, in a corporate setting· BA required· ADP Workforce Now is Required· Must have experience in payroll and benefitsBased on experience, the salary range is $130-160k.
