Associate Designer - Children's Apparel & AccessoriesPosition Type: Full-Time / Onsite 5x weekSalary Range65-75KSeniority: Junior / Mid-LevelDepartment: DreamgroESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDreamgro, our division dedicated to children's wear and giftable products, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to design newborn, infant, and children's apparel, as well as accessories, toys, travel items, and thoughtfully crafted packaging. Job responsibilities include:Design flat sketches, colored CADs, and technical drawings for our children's wear product lineBuild and maintain accurate tech packs, spec sheets, and product detailsCollaborate with product development, production, and merchandising teams to bring designs from concept to finished productEnsure designs meet aesthetic, quality, safety, and fit standards specific to children's productsAssist with the creation of customer catalogs, sales presentations, and other visual assetsStay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market researchMaintain organized design files and manage artwork revisions efficientlyPerform related duties as assigned.COMPETENCIESStrong understanding of garment specs, fit, materials, and construction methodsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and PhotoshopExcellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skillsCreative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable productsA positive, collaborative team player eager to grow in a fast-paced environmentExperience with plush toy design, soft goods, or giftable product development, is a plusEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, graphic design, or a related field; or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of Industrial Design and/or Graphic Design.
