You'll also help build the future of our service department by contributing to compensation plans, training programs, and service standards.Responsibilities* Perform and oversee electrical service work for commercial and residential clients.* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service electricians and apprentices.* Coordinate with CSRs to ensure seamless scheduling, dispatch, and communication.* Train technicians on technical skills, safety, and customer service.* Assist with estimating, quoting, and reviewing service jobs.* Monitor work quality, efficiency, and adherence to Perry Electrical's standards of excellence.* Contribute to building compensation, commission, and performance incentive plans.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment.* Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.Qualifications* Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Kansas).* 8+ years of electrical experience, with at least 3+ years in service work preferred.* Proven leadership ability "” experience mentoring or training others is a plus.* Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and customer service skills.* Excellent organizational and communication abilities.* A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. xijylhu * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
