Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New Hampshire PT license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Client prefers clinicians with prior SNF experience managing post-acute care and long-term residents.Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs, electronic medical records experience preferred.Ability to manage caseloads that include transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining.Vaccination and health screening requirements will follow facility policy. Additional client-specific requirements may be communicated during onboarding.Preferred: prior travel PT experience and experience with assistive device training and fall prevention programs.
