Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee front end productionFollow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawersComply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programsCommunicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)Follow all safety requirements at accountsAdhere to grooming and appearance standardsPerform any other duties as specified by managementRequirementsPrevious culinary/foodservice experience requiredExcellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalSuccessful team leadership experienceMoving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basisAbility to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionallyExperience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessaryBenefits100% tuition remission at Saint Anselm College for full time AVI team members.
