Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment. Troubleshoot equipment and plant mechanical systems to develop sustainable solutions. Assist with equipment changeovers and line startups, troubleshooting issues as necessary. Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for process enhancements and participating in team projects. Position Requirements: Food manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to learn basic computer skills for processing work orders. Strong mechanical background in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing bearings, seals, and gaskets. Experience with compressed air systems, basic plumbing/piping, boilers, and hydraulics is a strong plus.
