A contract position is available for a licensed and certified School Psychologist to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in Manchester Center, VT. This role involves providing psychological services that promote the academic, social, and emotional success of students in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and support eligibility for special education services Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers and staff on effective interventions and strategies for diverse student populations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting mental health and wellness Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed to support student well-being Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid licensure as a School Psychologist Certification to practice in elementary, middle, and high school settings Demonstrated experience conducting evaluations and delivering evidence-based interventions in K-12 environments Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel Knowledge of applicable state and federal education regulations Location: Manchester Center, Vermont - an inviting community with a focus on supporting student growth and success.
