Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent - Educational Services, the Early Learning and Care Director administers, develops, implements, monitors, evaluates and reports on the California State Preschool (CSPP), full cost childcare, Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Resource and Referral (R&R), Child Care Training, Alternative Payment (CAPP), and any other Community Connections or Early Learning and Care Programs. General duties include coordination of communications, provision of resources and information to meet needs and assure smooth and efficient program activities, including coaching and evaluation of program staff.
