Medical Center needs an MD or APP for their Primary Care Practice in Malone, NY. Description of Work Assignment : Follow ups, pre-op, transition of care , ER /Hospital Follow-ups Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 32 clinical hours /8 non-patient facing hours Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: 8-12 and 1-5 sessions On call? If so, what are the call hours? No Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Some small office procedures Patient Load: 16-18 patients Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? N/A Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS Is There Additional Surgical Staff? N/A Is there additional support staff?
