MAIN FUNCTION: Provides clinical nutrition services to patients in the hospital, outpatients, cardiac rehab, cancer center, nursing home, assisted living program. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's or advanced degree from a college or university with a major in food, nutrition or dietetics. Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian or registration pending (Course requirements & internship completed; CDR exam pending). Certification with New York State Department of Education as Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist preferred.
