Service Porter The responsibilities of a Service Porter include but are not limited to greeting customers, park and retrieve customer vehicles, keep a safe and clean work area, clean snow off customer vehicles, add air to tires and check lug nut torque and some vehicle exterior washing. Service Porter Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO & Sick Leave 401(K) Service Porter Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly Maintain a clean and safe service drive (squeegee floors, take out trash, sweep floors....) Park and retrieve customer vehicle upon arrival and departure Clean snow off vehicles during winter time Adjust tire pressures Re-torque lug nuts to factory specification Exterior car washing when needed Retrieve information from vehicles on lot Help Service Advisors to keep customer flow smooth Service Porter Requirements: Customer service oriented Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Very energetic personality Personal and professional integrity Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Positive, friendly attitude High school diploma or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
