Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapy license required prior to starting the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings required, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans and 60-minute evaluations plus treatment experience preferred.Documentation skills required, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic policies.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate and to participate in student clinical education as assigned.Adherence to state practice act, maintenance of professional licensure in good standing, and completion of state-mandated continuing education.Competency with safe patient handling, infectious disease precautions, and workplace safety practices.Preferred: Prior experience in a Select-style outpatient clinical environment or familiarity with company performance improvement processes. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern.Duration: 13 week assignment.Patient care: 60-minute evaluations plus treatment sessions as part of standard caseload.Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other affiliated clinics as needed.
