Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable School Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning learning environment. This position performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, and painting throughout the school building and grounds.Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)Prepare and paint classrooms, hallways, offices, dorms, and other areas as neededComplete work orders in a timely mannerMaintain school grounds and assist with snow/ice removalSet up and break down for school eventsNot limited to duties listed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMaintenance or facilities experience preferredBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paintingAbility to lift up to 50 lbsDependable and able to work independentlyMust be able to pass a background check ScheduleFull-time position; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
