The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with over 20 years of experience, preferably working in a smaller company. This position involves managing teams and reporting directly to the General Managers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems. Oversee quality control processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues. Report on quality metrics and performance to senior management. Qualifications: Over 20 years of experience in a quality management role. Extensive experience working in smaller manufacturing companies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
