Required Skills: Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in VirginiaProven experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health settingsAbility to work independently with supervision available via phoneProficiency in episodic care and injury treatmentStrong clinical judgment and excellent communication skillsCompetence in documenting patient encounters accurately using EMR systemsNice to Have Skills: Experience with Anthem EMR or similar documentation platformsFamiliarity with OSHA and occupational health protocolsBilingual abilities a plus, but not requiredPreferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited programMinimum of 2 years experience in urgent care or occupational health settingsOther Requirements: Flexibility to cover ongoing, as-needed shiftsMileage reimbursement for local providers at IRS standard ratesActive BLS and ACLS certifications preferredMust be able to work independently and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $100.50 with weekly pay via direct deposit.
