QUALIFICATIONS: High school degree conferred At least 18 years old Be of outstanding Christian character and witness A clean National Criminal record ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are the responsibilities of the Afterschool Teacher in relation to:SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP -Act as the spiritual leader of school and community. Show evidence of a consistent time of personal Bible study, prayer and outreach. Maintain a Christ-like attitude. GENERAL -Pick up students in the correct classroomsTake attendance and hand out snacksInteract with students and maintain orderHandle minor discipline issuesHelp students with homeworkLead students through transitions keeping them safe and on taskMonitor inside play and develop relationshipsAssist with dismissal and clean-up
