(PLUS IF YOU HAVE DENTAL ASSISTANT BACKGROUND) This role is essential to delivering an excellent patient experience while keeping the surgical schedule running efficiently. What You'll Do Schedule oral surgery procedures accurately and efficiently Manage provider schedules and surgical blocks Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently Educate patients on scheduling, procedures, and next steps Maintain an active ASAP / short-call list Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans Coordinate with clinical and front desk teams Maintain accurate records in the practice management system What We're Looking For Dental or oral surgery scheduling experience preferred Strong phone presence and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar systems a plus Professional, patient-first mindset Why Chatham Oral Surgery Supportive team environment Stable, full-time position Meaningful role in patient care and practice success
