Lead Field Operations - Drive Excellence in Residential Construction and HardscapingJob OverviewCompany: NV OutdoorsSalary/Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.Location: Residential Projects (Onsite) - Lowville, NY.Job/Employment Type: Full Time.Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime available.Project Scope: Residential Landscaping / HardscapingMandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.The OpportunityYou will step into a pivotal leadership role, acting as the bridge between project planning and onsite execution. This position empowers you to manage high-end residential builds while ensuring the crew maintains momentum even when the Foreman is off-site.
