Lead Field Operations - Drive Excellence in Residential Construction and HardscapingJob OverviewCompany: NV OutdoorsSalary/Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.Location: Residential Projects (Onsite) - Lowville, NY.Job/Employment Type: Full Time.Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime available.Project Scope: Residential Landscaping / HardscapingMandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.The OpportunityYou will step into a pivotal leadership role, acting as the bridge between project planning and onsite execution. This position empowers you to manage high-end residential builds while ensuring the crew maintains momentum even when the Foreman is off-site. You will have a direct impact on the quality of every foundation, frame, and structure we build.How You Will Make an ImpactDirect daily job site operations to ensure project flow remains consistent and efficient.Supervise crew members to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance.Support the Foreman by managing excavation, framing, and siding tasks from the ground up.Operate and oversee the maintenance of heavy equipment and specialized power tools.Coordinate with team members to resolve logistical challenges and meet project specifications.Ensure the job site remains organized and professional to reflect our brand values.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping or general outdoor construction.Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Maintain reliable transportation to the shop for daily work assignments.Demonstrate the ability to perform heavy physical labor in all weather conditions.Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in a lead or supervisory role within the construction industry.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.In-depth knowledge of foundations, framing, remodels, and siding techniques.Compensation & BenefitsWeekly pay cycle and eligibility for a Year-End performance bonus.Comprehensive paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Retirement savings program to support your long-term financial health.Access to apprenticeship and mentor training programs for career advancement.Safety equipment and professional uniforms provided by the company.Referral bonus program and regular company-sponsored team events.About UsNV Outdoors creates environments that bring creative ideas to life through expert hardscaping and residential construction.
