Service Delivery Manager

Description We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance service operations in Lovington, New Mexico. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with performance standards, while fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will play a key part in managing service level agreements and driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations to ensure services meet organizational performance standards. - Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address service issues and implement improvements. - Monitor service delivery performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. - Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost operational productivity. - Support compliance with service level agreements and maintain service quality. - Assist in driving initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the organization. - Strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and service management. - Facilitate training and development programs to improve team performance. - Contribute to strategic planning and execution to meet organizational goals. Requirements - Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks. - Experience with remote desktop support and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings and related tools. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve service delivery processes. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of service level agreements and performance reporting. - Proven experience in driving operational improvements and client satisfaction.
