Job Description:
DescriptionSafely operate all condensate stabilizing facilities and related equipmentMonitor stabilizers, compressors, pumps, vapor units, boilers, and LACT units for efficient performanceLoad / unload condensate and NGL trucks; run samples and tests (copper strip, BS&W, RVP, caustic & amine)Assist with facility upsets, start-ups, turnarounds, and overtime when neededInspect tanks, piping, and field equipment; troubleshoot issues and take corrective actionCheck rotating equipment, pressures, and flows; adjust automatic and manual controlsGauge tanks for crude oil and water transfer and salesUtilize electronic remote well supervision to optimize production and reduce safety/environmental riskInput daily volumes, downtime, well tests, and compressor reports into company databaseMonitor production data for accuracy; report production losses and resolutionsMaintain chemical injection rates and assist with minor repairsRegulatory support: agency testing requirements, change of status, tank/meter numberingWork closely with Operations & I&E to optimize instrumentation and controlsMaintain housekeeping, recordkeeping, and safe work practicesOperate a company-provided vehicle when performing field dutiesBuild positive working relationships with internal teams and 3rd-party truck partnersRequirements5-7 years of oil & gas industry experience requiredAssociate's Degree or Trade Certification in Production/Process Technology or related technical field preferredMust be willing and able to work a 8/6 rotation of both day and night shiftsAble to travel up to 10% annuallyMust be willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:Work in extreme temperatures and adverse weatherWork in multiple field locations dailyWork inside and outside of a company vehicleWear required PPEClimb up to 30 feetWalk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift as neededUse hand tools to perform minor repairsAble to work weekends and be on callIntermediate understanding of fractionation processesBasic knowledge of gas/liquid measurement, product drying, and sweeteningBasic mechanical and instrumentation knowledgeProficient with laptops and production reporting softwareCan prepare clear and accurate reportsAble to comprehend production and financial reportingAble to respond to alarms, oral instructions, and written procedures
