Competitive Rewards: Base salary $110K-$135K DOE, plus performance bonuses (target 10-20% of salary), health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, and ongoing training.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee all phases—bidding, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, client relations, and close-out. Financial Control: Own project P track costs, forecast variances, drive change-order approval, and maintain target margins. Team Management: Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to keep projects on time and on budget. Client Experience: Serve as the single point of contact—build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless, white-glove experience. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous refinement of our systems and workflows.What We're Looking For5+ years of hands-on Project Management in high-end residential construction. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget (margins = 15%), and to exacting quality standards. Exceptional financial acumen: adept at budgeting, forecasting, and change-order negotiation. Strong leadership and communication skills; decisive problem-solver who thrives under pressure. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
