Qualifications: Do I Have What It Takes?• Experience: 3–5+ years in residential HVAC (not commercial).• Certifications: Universal EPA 608 required; NATE Certified is a big plus.• Character: Dependable, humble, solution-focused—someone who gets that the job is about people.• Growth Mindset: Willing to work your way up, open to learning every day,thrives on being part of a mission.We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis.
