KPMG is currently seeking an experienced manager to lead the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Technical Adoption within our Global Technology & Knowledge Group at KPMG International. Responsibilities: Manage and guide a team to ensure a seamless technical adoption process. Collaborate with various departments within the Global Information Security Group (GISG) and engage with external projects related to GSOC. Interact with GSOC operations and create and maintain essential process and procedural documentation. Contribute insights on technical adoption strategies and broader GSOC objectives. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and accountability to promote a respectful and courteous work atmosphere. Qualifications: At least five years of experience in security, along with a minimum of five years in IT is preferred. A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer networking, or computer security, or relevant equivalent experience. CISSP, CISA, CISM certifications or equivalent are desirable. Proven experience working in a high-volume, results-driven operational setting. Experience in high-performing teams and a solid understanding of teamwork dynamics in a Security Operations Center environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform security monitoring solutions.
