*Position Summary*Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.The Epicor Kinetic ERP Administrator is responsible for the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of Bullard's ERP system.This role is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond system administration into a broader leadership position. Over time, this individual will develop a deep understanding of Bullard's manufacturing and business operations and play a key role in shaping how ERP and related systems support and improve the business.This is a hands-on role that requires both technical capability and business curiosity.*Key Responsibilities*· Own the day-to-day performance, support, and reliability of the ERP system· Manage system upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations· Partner with operations, finance, and manufacturing teams to improve processes· Analyze business processes and recommend practical system and process improvements· Ensure data accuracy across inventory, BOMs, and costing· Develop reports, dashboards, BAQs, and BPMs (SQL Server, C#)· Manage and troubleshoot integrations with systems such as MES, EDI, shipping platforms, and document management (DocStar)· Administer user roles, security, and system access· Troubleshoot issues and lead root cause resolution· Develop training materials and support end-user adoption across the organization· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and begin taking ownership of ERP-related initiatives*Qualifications*· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)· 3+ years of ERP experience (Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred)· Experience with SQL Server and reporting tools (SSRS preferred)· Experience with C# and .NET· Understanding of manufacturing processes such as MRP, inventory, and production· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex issues· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users· Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment*What We're Looking For*· Someone who wants to understand how a manufacturing business actually works"”not just the system· Ownership mindset: willing to dig in, figure things out, and improve how things are done· Curiosity to ask "why" and not just "how"· Interest in growing into a leadership role over time· Comfort working in an environment where priorities can shift and speed matters*Growth Opportunity*This role is intended to grow into a broader ERP and Business Systems leadership position over time.As experience and understanding increase, responsibilities may expand to include:· Ownership of ERP strategy and roadmap· Leading ERP-related projects and system improvements· Driving cross-functional process improvements· Evaluating and implementing new systems and technologies· Mentoring future ERP or business systems team members*What Success Looks Like*· The ERP system is stable, reliable, and trusted across the business· Users are confident and effective in using Epicor· Data is accurate and supports decision-making· Business processes are continuously improving, not standing still· The role evolves from support-focused to ownership and leadership*Additional Information*· Occasional travel to company subsidiaries may be required· This role reports to the Technology Manager· This position is based across our Lexington, KY and Cynthiana, KY locations.
