Traffic Control Flagger (Spring 2026)

Purpose The Traffic Control Flagger is responsible for implementing and maintaining traffic control measures to ensure the safety of both construction personnel and the general public. Key Responsibilities Install, monitor, and remove traffic control devices including signage, cones and barricades. Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic safely around construction zones. Coordinate traffic movements in conjunction with other flaggers and on-site construction teams. Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Maintain situational awareness and remain attentive throughout extended work periods. Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and the general public. Exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety. QualificationsPrior experience in traffic control or flagging is preferred. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.Must posses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past three (3) years.
