?? Now Hiring: Site Scheduler (Power Generation) - Louisville, KYWe're seeking an experienced Site Scheduler to support a major combined cycle power plant project in Louisville, KY. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of site-level scheduling, working closely with project leadership, construction teams, and key stakeholders to drive successful project execution.If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong background in power generation scheduling, this is a great opportunity to get involved with a large-scale project.?? Location & ScheduleLocation: Louisville, KYDuration: 12 months (with potential extension)Rotation: 5 days/week, ~50 hoursTravel: Remote initially, transitioning to on-site once the project office opens??? Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary scheduling interface between site leadership, project teams, and stakeholdersLead development, maintenance, and optimization of site schedules using Primavera P6Ensure accurate schedule updates, progress tracking, and reportingAnalyze critical path, delays, and risks, providing recovery and acceleration plansCoordinate with subcontractors, consortium partners, and project teams to validate schedule dataLead daily/weekly coordination meetings and provide forecasting insightsDevelop what-if scenarios and detailed schedule analyses to support decision-makingMaintain schedule integrity and ensure adherence to established scheduling proceduresSupport monthly project schedule reviews and ensure timely updatesTrack project history for claims support and future project insightsCommunicate schedule priorities and risks clearly to site leadership ? Qualifications5-10+ years of experience in project schedulingStrong experience with Primavera P6 (MS Project is a plus)Background in power generation, ideally combined cycle power plantsExperience working in construction or site-based environmentsFamiliarity with large-scale EPC or energy infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, and forecastingExcellent communication skills; English required, Spanish is a plusPrevious experience with major OEM or field service organizations is highly preferred?
