The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role directly supporting C-levels. Additionally, the candidate should display professionalism, be highly organized, positive, trustworthy, show attention to detail, and possess a desire to thrive in a consciousness-raising company.About the RoleThe EA is an integral liaison for the Executives and is responsible for a broad range of professional-level functions including comprehensive calendar management, deck preparation, travel coordination, and other tasks as assigned. If this sounds like you, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment.Must be able to work on campus in Louisville, CO.US citizenship or an existing work visa is required.Gaia subscribers strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesProfessional representation of company and executives when greeting visitors or communicating on behalf of CompanyAnswer and screen calls with diplomacyComprehensive calendar management using MS OutlookCoordination of travel for Executives, board members, prospective employees, and team members, summarization of itineraries; cross-departmental scheduling/coordinationComprehensive data management using MS Excel including data entry, pivot tables, VLookup, and monthly expense/account reconciliationEvent coordination such as quarterly company-wide meetings, community events, parties, and corporate board meetingMeeting space/conference room calendar managementCreate and manage PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheetsDevelop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing systemOther administrative functions such as processing mail and package deliveries, maintaining office supply inventory, proofreading correspondence, and research for company initiativesLiaison with outside vendors and corporate facilities managerMaintain an organized workstation and executive areaOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degreeA minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role directly supporting C-levelsStrong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English; bilingual a plus!Professional and positive demeanor with clients, management, staff and board membersExceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills; flexible with changing priorities or delaysAbility to work independently and take initiativeEffective problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve themStrong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) as well as Adobe Cloud and Google Docs; advanced-level MS Excel a plus!Tech savvy; familiar with PCs, Macs, Smartphones and similar devicesStrong computer and Internet research skillsCapable of handling sensitive information with discretionSome overtime requiredStrong familiarity with and affinity for our content is a prerequisite to applyingRequired SkillsStrong interpersonal abilitiesEffective communicationTeamworkPrioritizationProblem solvingPreferred SkillsBilingual proficiencyAdvanced-level MS Excel
