Editorial Mentor

We have a group of editors reviewing writer articles each week. We're looking for an Editorial Mentor. We currently have about 6 editors, with a few more possibly joining our group soon. Looking for someone with years of experience in the media/journalism industry, who has seen a lot of the ups and downs that come with editing. Responsibilities Share knowledge about the publishing industry, including trends, best practices, and the submission process. Offer guidance to mentees on improving their writing, editing, and critical thinking skills. Assist mentees in expanding their professional network by introducing them to industry contacts and resources. Organize or facilitate workshops that focus on various aspects of editorial work, such as grammar, style, or content strategy. This is an unpaid, remote position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
