Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Loss Prevention to build and lead a best-in-class asset protection strategy across our retail footprint. This role will be responsible for developing scalable programs, mitigating risk, and protecting company assets while supporting a seamless and positive store experience.This is a highly visible role that partners cross-functionally with Retail, People (HR), Legal, and Operations to ensure strong controls, compliance, and proactive risk management as we grow.What You'll DoStrategy & Program DevelopmentDesign and implement a comprehensive loss prevention strategy aligned with Edikted's rapid retail expansionBuild scalable policies, procedures, and tools to minimize shrink and operational riskEstablish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to track performance and trendsRetail Operations & Field SupportPartner with District and Store Managers to embed LP practices into daily operationsConduct store audits, risk assessments, and investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violationsIdentify patterns and implement proactive solutions to reduce lossInvestigations & ComplianceLead internal investigations related to employee theft, misconduct, and external incidentsEnsure all investigations are conducted in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant mannerPartner with HR on corrective actions and documentationTechnology & SystemsEvaluate and implement LP technologies (CCTV, EAS, inventory controls, reporting tools)Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-makingTraining & CultureDevelop and deliver training programs for store teams on loss prevention awareness and best practicesFoster a culture of accountability, safety, and integrity across the organizationCross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment on policies and risk mitigationSupport new store openings with LP planning, setup, and executionWhat You'll Bring7+ years of experience in Loss Prevention / Asset Protection, with multi-unit retail experienceProven experience building or scaling LP programs in a high-growth environmentStrong investigative skills with experience handling sensitive employee mattersDeep understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers, and risk mitigation strategiesData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionStrong communicator who can influence at all levels; from store teams to executive leadershipHigh integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential informationBenefits Include:Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus 401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday on-site at our Arts District HQ, Fridays remoteEmployee discountSalary range: 120,000 - $135,000
