This role is critical to strengthening our early-career talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand on campuses, and aligning recruitment strategies with both internal and client workforce planning objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute university hiring and partnership strategies aligned with business and client needsDesign and manage internship, co-op, and graduate recruitment programsBuild long-term relationships with academic institutions and student organizationsCollaborate with Boston Academy leadership and client teams to forecast and meet talent requirementsLead initiatives to elevate employer branding across university campuses and online platformsQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, or related field10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or university recruitingProven track record in academic partnerships and early-career program developmentProficiency in English is required; fluency in Korean or Japanese is a strong advantageExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skillsPreferred:Experience with global university recruiting and international academic collaborationsBackground in consulting, technology, or education sectorsLocation: Remote/California/Colorado/New YorkApplication Deadline: Estimated June 25, 2025 (subject to change) #J-18808-Ljbffr
