Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Responsibilities include:Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer's needs and requests, by brand. In some locations, which offer both brands, this job responsibility requires keen understanding of the differences between products and services offered by both.Identifies and attends to the customer by name, verifies rental agreement and reservationEnsures a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processesWorks on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyaltyMakes eye contact and greets all customers; thanks each customer at the conclusion of their transactionProvides all customers with undivided attention while assisting themPrepares all rental and return documents accurately and completelyOffers all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service informationReviews rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service chargesEnsures that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurateReviews all charges at the time of vehicle returnPrepares the Rental Agreement Folder with all required informationAnswers the telephone in a friendly, helpful and prompt mannerMaintains the appearance of the rental counters and customer areas to present a neat and orderly imageEnsures that the counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service, and maintains work area in a safe and clean conditionAssists customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possibleSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMust be at least 18 years oldThis position requires a valid Driver's LicenseMust have a high school diploma or GED equivalentMust have at least 1 year prior customer service experience (retail, customer facing preferred) Apart from religious observances, must have open availability and be able to work full time (40 hours/week) days, nights, graveyard shift, weekends & holidays requiredMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for thisposition now or in the futureWe will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.
