As a key player in our organization, you will facilitate business transactions, connect clients with their ideal business opportunity, and help business owners with their exit strategy. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive guidance to business owners and buyers alike, building strong relationships as you engage with a diverse clientele and collaborate with owners across all industries and sizes. Business Broker's Duties & Responsibilities Assist customers in selling their business. Guide them in marketing their business so interested buyers may find them in a timely manner. Organize ownership transfers. Aid in the bargaining process between buyers and sellers. Perform a variety of marketing tasks, such as listing businesses and setting up viewings to promote them. Business Broker Requirements Real estate education or certification is desired but not necessary. A state license is required; if you are not licensed you can obtain it during the initial three"‘month training period. No experience is necessary, although a background in business ownership, law, accounting, finance, real estate, or sales is helpful. We provide comprehensive training and mentoring programs to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
