Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to oversee comprehensive procurement operations. This role is responsible for global supplier sourcing, purchase order lifecycle management, and strategic procurement execution. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to manage complex supply chain workflows while fostering long-term vendor partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcingLead international/domestic sourcing initiatives for packaging and cosmetic components, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and quality standards.Identify and evaluate suppliers through rigorous market analysis and benchmarking.Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service terms to achieve optimal value.Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement.Deliver concise and accurate requested information daily to the assigned Project Manager, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timeliness in all communications.Purchase Order ManagementGenerate, review, and process purchase orders in alignment with internal policies and operational requirements.Ensure complete and accurate documentation, including specifications, logistics, and approvals.Collaborate cross-functionally to confirm order accuracy and delivery schedules.Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoicing, shipment, and fulfillment.Request and gather all necessary details to obtain an accurate shipping quote, then promptly relay the information to the Project Manager.Strategic ProcurementImplement procurement strategies that balance cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery.Monitor inventory thresholds and initiate replenishment to support production continuity.Partner with finance and operations to align purchasing activities with budget forecasts and demand planning.Analyze procurement data to report on KPIs such as cost savings, supplier reliability, and lead time reduction.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.Exceptional organizational skills with a systematic approach to task execution and documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Advanced proficiency in global sourcing, vendor management, and procurement analytics.Skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
