We're hiring a Project Manager with experience in high-end residential or commercial millwork to lead complex, high-value projects from contract award through final installation and closeout. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of millwork fabrication and installation, and the ability to manage expectations across clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will be expected to strategically guide design teams through design intent confirmation and submittals in a way that is collaborative and smooth, close projects out accurately, and report on project health during Portfolio Reviews to support portfolio-level clarity and decision-making.
