Koinonia Family Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a part-time clinician to serve clients in our Family Restoration Program in Loomis, CA. The program supports youth and their families in Placer County who are at-risk of entering foster care or are in foster care, as well as youth who have been adopted through the foster care system. Key Responsibilities:Complete assessments to inform a diagnosisDevelop person-centered treatment plansProvide individual and family therapy in clients' homes or in-office depending upon clients' needsEvaluates clinical interventions to meet desired outcomesWrite mental health notes and document client progressComplete necessary Medi-Cal approval paperwork and related documentationParticipate in team meetings and professional development opportunitiesCollaborate with the youth's natural supports and system team membersAssists with coordinating discharges and after-care effortsMaintains intern registration and/or licensure status in good standing and participates in required supervisionQualifications:ACSW or AMFT registration, or LCSW or LMFT status (required)2+ years of experience in a social service setting, working with children and families (preferred)Experience working with children who have experienced complex trauma and their families (preferred)Experience completing assessments and treatment plansSkilled in therapeutic modalities, assessments, and treatment planningStrong commitment to cultural competency and ethical practicesPassion for ongoing professional developmentJoin Our Team:At Koinonia Family Services, we are committed to creating a supportive, mission-driven workplace where employees feel valued and connected to the work they do.
