Family Medicine Physician - Full-Spectrum - Long Prairie

Summary Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine in a close-knit rural community while enjoying exceptional autonomy and strong clinical support. This role offers the opportunity to provide outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and obstetric care (c-section) in a modern, integrated facility, supported by experienced nursing staff, 24/7 tele-hospitalist coverage, and a collaborative care model alongside two physicians and four APPs-allowing you to practice broadly while maintaining balance. Schedule * Full-time | Onsite - CentraCare - Long Prairie, MN * Day shifts with call rotation * Call rotation shared across OB, ER backup, and hospital coverage * Call 1:5 Pay and Benefits * Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year * Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity * Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate * May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. * Benefits: Medical, dental, time off, retirement, employee discounts and more!
